Katie Hawkes of The Katie Hawkes Group, which is licensed under Rancho Santa Fe Properties Prudential, has been associated with Rancho Santa Fe Properties for twenty-four years in sales and management. Katie and Mary act as partners representing buyers and sellers of upscale residential properties. Katie was voted by her associates Sales Associate of the Year for 10 of the last 12 years. She is a member of Prudential Chairman's Circle, placing in the top 1% of Prudential's agents, and is among the top 100 agents for the State of California. Katie has been awarded the prestigious Prudential Legends Award. A Cum Laude graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Communications and Marketing and a minor in Psychology Katie formerly taught elementary school in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii during her husband's tenure with the Navy. Katie is a member of the Rancho Santa Fe Rotary Club as well as an active volunteer with Rancho Santa Fe Community services

Mary Gibbs and her family sold Rancho Santa Fe Properties to Prudential California Realty in 1994. Since 1982 Mary has been actively involved with Rancho Santa Fe Properties representing buyers and sellers of large parcels of North County real estate, particularly orange groves. Since joining Prudential California Realty, Mary has been a member of Prudential Chairman's Circle. A native of Orange County and a UCLA graduate, Mary and her husband, Michael, raised their family in Los Angeles. Upon Michael's death in 1980 Mary relocated to North County San Diego and joined her family in the real estate business. Mary is a recipient of the prestigious Prudential Legend’s Award.
